It’s such a shame to see insurance firms who advertise that we once spoke to but never went through make fundemtal marketing mistakes. Stop trying to understand the exact return of every channel to the penny. There are many different factors at play, all mixing together to influence outcomes. It's not always clear which ones have the most impact, but they all contribute to the bigger picture. Know what's actions are leading to results, and do more of that stuff.

I recently arranged my car insurance and was horrified with the sales process from the big name providers Unlike many, I call around pick up the phone and look for the best cover available. I don’t want the bare bones cover that aggregators sell I’ll upgrade the breakdown, I’ll pay for legal cover, I want windscreen But it seems many don’t want to do business, or make a sale what so ever > “we cant offer a discount” > “you can take it out over the phone but we charge a fee” …. Sorry what??? > it’s cheaper if you buy via confused vs direct… > “you have to pay via this link that I will text you” … you mean I want to pay now, and you want me to hang up the phone and you hope that I’ll do your messy sales funnel? Who trains these people Many people think normal car insurance is dead, but the big firms are absolute cow boys When is someone going to step up and build something people want #insurance
