I'm observing a significant shift in mindset across various industries within the #business world. Younger employees, #GenZ crave in-person connections, feeling deprived of the right stimuli, exposure, mentorship, and spontaneous business opportunities that #drive growth. Conversely, older generations, pretty much everyone else, #Boomers #GenX and #Millenials are hesitant to return to the office full-time due to factors like time, expense, and a desire to stay closer to family. For many, this shift has impacted productivity across all sectors as we struggle to concentrate and deliver the same #quality of work #remotely as we did in the office. These problems excite me because they present an incredible opportunity for #innovation. We can create new work environments that better accommodate employees and promote a healthier work-life balance. The future of work is still being invented. Here's what I'm doing in this space: - Fostering Cohesion: By facilitating #psychometrics (behavioral science) assessments to facilitate better employee empathy, understanding, and connections. - Bridging #Generational Divides: Understanding the individual needs of diverse teams to promote harmony and cooperation. - Developing Viable #Solutions: Crafting #strategies that benefit companies and employees, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction. - Minimizing Conflicts: Creating new pathways for mutual understanding to reduce #workplace conflicts. What changes are you seeing in your workplace? I'd love to hear your feedback! PS - I work very closely with my assistant Maximus; I pay him in love, food, beach walks, heavy petting, adoration throughout the day, and constant praise, even if he does the minimum or absolutely nothing. It has been hard for me to separate from him since I got him right before the lockdowns, and I have spent every moment with him since. I am about to join #WeWork in #Sobe, which allows dogs; this has been another issue I see people dealing with: not wanting to leave their #pets for long periods - are you seeing this also? #worklifebalance #futureproof #dogsatwork 🐝 💛
