Invest in yourself daily. But success is about consistent, small steps. How to level up with microlearning: 3 simple steps. Every day, I commit to these habits: • 10 pages of reading • 15 minutes of a video • 2 hours of a course weekly Why microlearning? It fits into any schedule. It allows continuous growth without overwhelming you. Here’s the impact over a year: • 6-9 books read • Dozens of videos watched • Several courses completed In today’s fast paced world, staying ahead is essential. Success is built on daily, small actions. PS: What’s your favorite microlearning method?
How many human steps equal one camel step?
Nice post! My number one tip to learn more with little time investment would be: Do nothing and be absolutely detached for about 10-15 minutes a day. Dr. Andrew Huberman discussed it in his last podcast as well; A state of wordlessness. You'll be amazed by the amount of things you already learned during a day that pop up during this time. Sure; we can cram in more information but what about the time to process it?
I want a kindle so bad!
10 pages a day is over 10 books a year and takes 10 minutes. Such a great tip!
This is great advice! Here's mine: - Cuando estoy aburrido aprendo Español con Duolingo 🇪🇸 😅 - And podcast while at the gym..
Great book, read it in 2 languages, twice. There are chapters I specifically go back and read over and over again, Jason Schreier did a good job. I would add valuable podcasts and newsletters to the list, as sometimes books are too niche and takes time to deliver their message.
Pic quality is fire my guy
I do 5 hrs of video daily. Catch up Ali Farha
Great advice here , a lot of people misunderstood what consitency means it's doens't mean showing up everyday but to stay focused on that objectif no matter how much time you save for it in your day .
How about some sort of LLM-CliffsNotes to churn through even more books (only applys to fact books. Not fiction).
