Job Overview: The Yardi Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for our Yardi property management software. This role requires a detailed-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the Yardi platform and excellent communication skills to assist users and ensure the efficient operation of our property management systems.

We are seeking a dedicated Yardi Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Job Overview: The Yardi Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for our Yardi property management software. This role requires a detailed-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the Yardi platform and excellent communication skills to assist users and ensure the efficient operation of our property management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous technical support for Yardi Voyager and other Yardi modules to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including data discrepancies, user access problems, and system errors.
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to ensure effective use of Yardi software.
- Assist in the implementation of new Yardi features and upgrades.
- Collaborate with the IT department to integrate Yardi with other business systems.
- Maintain system documentation and user guides.
- This position must be flexible and eager to work in an ever- changing environment that requires adaptability and problem solving.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Respond promptly to support requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate data migration from other Property Management systems into Yardi Voyager.
- Some travel may be required for support purposes including help with new acquisitions, auditing files, working with Clients on ancillary income and being a part of the travel team to help with due diligence process and offer support to Regionals when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. (Optional, but preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience working in the property management industry and Yardi Affordable.(Optional, but preferred)
- Strong understanding of property management processes and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent technical skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Excel
