Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of proven experience supporting YARDI Voyager 7s/8 GL, Fixed Assets, Multi-family, Residential, Affordable, etc.
Yardi Product Support Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
- Support end-users with system and user issues, troubleshooting and doing root-cause analysis of issues
- Work with vendor and Yardi Administration team for system-related issues
- Train and mentor current team on the intricacies of Yardi systems
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support; 3 years minimum of experience supporting Yardi. Yardi Voyager 7s/8 GL, Fixed Assets, Residential, Affordable, Multifamily, etc. Required.
- Experience in supporting a team through implementation and integration is helpful
- Team Leadership experience required
- Exemplary professionalism and communication skills are essential to the success of this individual
