Yardi Product Support Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
Support end-users with system and user issues, troubleshooting and doing root-cause analysis of issues
Work with vendor and Yardi Administration team for system-related issues
Train and mentor current team on the intricacies of Yardi systems
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support; 3 years minimum of experience supporting Yardi. Yardi Voyager 7s/8 GL, Fixed Assets, Residential, Affordable, Multifamily, etc. Required.
Experience in supporting a team through implementation and integration is helpful
Team Leadership experience required
Exemplary professionalism and communication skills are essential to the success of this individual
