The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in overseeing warehouse inbound / outbound, overseeing retail/B2B orders and Inventory operations and its staff. The candidate needs to handle recording and maintaining warehouse process in orders in addition management sensitive communication with customers. This role reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• ·        Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods
• ·        Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.
• ·        Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• ·        Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
• ·        Supervise and provide direction- leadership- and support to B2B team members.
• ·        Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• ·        Responsible for verifying that associate hours are correct before payroll is processed.
• ·        Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• ·        Interface with customers to answer inventory questions or solve problems.
• ·        Maintain items record, including forklift equipment and staff certification and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• ·        Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• ·        Responsible for maximizing warehouse space appropriately.
• ·        Responsible for organizing all Inbound appointments to be able to receive inventory quickly and without errors.
• ·        Partner with general manager to lead and manage any physical inventory or cycle count requested internally or externally.

Requirements and skills

• ·        Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• ·        Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
• ·        Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
• ·        Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• ·        Previous work experience in fulfillment / 3PL distribution center as a supervisor.
• Hands-on experience in high volume operations for B2B /Retail / Amazon FBA orders.
• ·        Knowledge and understanding of routing guides for retail orders.
• ·        Ability to work overtime and on weekends when the business needs it.
• ·        Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ·        Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• ·        Strong organizational and time management skills.
• ·        Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility:

• ·        This position will supervise the warehouse operation and value-added service (retail order) production team members at the as Vegas, NV facility.
• ·        This is an exempt position, some weekend work required.

Work Environment:

• ·        Wide variations in environment temperature (Non temperature control DC) noise and moving equipment.
