What You'll Do

Lead a talented, high-volume recruitment team in a collaborative environment, fostering development and engagement.

Partner closely with business stakeholders and HR professionals to anticipate hiring demands and support upcoming initiatives.

Champion consistent and inclusive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.

Innovate and implement scalable solutions to enhance recruitment processes and drive meaningful improvements.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, including proactive sourcing and talent pipelining.

Basic Requirements

7 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in project or process management within a large-scale organization (5 years).

Proven ability to collaborate and influence senior-level stakeholders (2 years).

Background in retail or supply chain (2 years).

Must be located in the central or western US to support regional business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting (5 years).

Track record in high-volume recruitment (3 years).

Leadership experience (2 years).
