Position Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Company Overview: Join a leading organization in the manufacturing industry that is committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability. Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our client's staffing needs both locally and internationally.


Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including the creation and posting of job descriptions, and managing relationships with staffing vendors. This role requires a strong background in the manufacturing industry, with significant experience in overseeing multiple locations, preferably including overseas operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of the company.
  • Oversee recruitment processes for both local and international positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage relationships with staffing vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed and compelling job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Review applications.
  • Screen candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with significant experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment processes across multiple locations, including international locations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience overseeing recruitment for overseas locations.
