We're seeking a skilled Sourcing and Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing the procurement process, ensuring efficient supply chain operations for our projects. Key Responsibilities

Review and manage engineering documentation that outlines supplier requirements on purchase orders

Guide and execute document specialist and change control processes for project-related activities, providing expert consultation to internal teams

Facilitate the submission of supplier documentation, ensuring compliance with project deliverables and regulatory standards

Utilize PLM tools to create, upload, and maintain records, supporting accurate reporting and tracking activities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Project Management, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure seamless documentation management

Qualifications

Proven experience in sourcing or supply chain management, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work

Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across teams and external stakeholders
