Your Role:

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building, engaging and managing new and existing social media communities, writing and creating content, posting this content, managing a content calendar, and engaging with our client’s consumers on various social media platforms.


In the 1st month, you will…

· Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team, and digital marketing philosophy.

· Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key account stakeholders.

· Take a deep dive into the assigned client’s business needs and objectives.


Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by…

· Creating or curating engaging content and campaigns for social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.

· Working with social, account strategy, and editorial teams to develop strategies.


Execute in Month 3 by...

· Posting updates across social media platforms.

· Engaging with and managing client communities on social media through comments, direct message, etc.

· Measuring, analyzing, and documenting the success and impact of social media efforts; report findings to internal team.


Desired Skills & Experience

· 1+ years experience managing social media.

· Demonstrate a basic understanding of social media channels.

· Have a good eye for aesthetics pertaining to brand social media.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred

· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations

· BONUS: Have an understanding of the beauty space which represents a large piece of our overfall client portfolio.
