Social Media Marketing Specialist

In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least ONE year of agency or freelance social media experience working on MULTIPLE accounts and be able to travel to Columbia, SC, once a week. You must know how to edit videos, create carousels, and write great captions.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands current algorithms (including LinkedIn) and overall marketing strategy.

You will be managing multiple accounts for brands in a variety of industries.

Staying agile, focused, and highly attentive to detail is CRITICAL for your success at this company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Content creation on a variety of platforms
• Daily outbound engagement to drive growth
• Responding to comments on all client accounts
• Understanding the algorithm and advising clients on the types of content to create
• Growing accounts by leveraging current best practices
• Understanding analytics to drive growth

Success in this role is measured by:

• Platform growth weekly on each platform we are managing
• Opt-in to email/text lists
• Increased engagement each month based on quality content and mastery of social media

We leverage our client’s convictions and expertise to help them stake their claim as an industry leader.

Many of our clients are only coming to us for LinkedIn Management, so you must be an exceptional writer and excel at that platform.
