Coast Social Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing clients' social media accounts, developing strategies, and executing campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow clients' social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop tailored social media strategies and content plans for each client, aligning with their goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables and goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

This position offers 30-40 hours per week, with hourly compensation $20-$26. As a 1099 contractor, the Social Media Manager will have the flexibility to work remotely and manage their schedule accordingly.
