Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician at our location in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, customer service, and general maintenance tasks. You will be working closely with our clients to ensure the smooth operation of their electronic security systems and low voltage cabling.
Qualifications
Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in maintenance and general repairs
Basic knowledge of electronic security systems and low voltage cabling
