As a Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions, you will be responsible for:


  • Driving all activities related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects. This includes private or public acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, corporate alliances, and divestitures of existing business units.
  • Executing many aspects of an M&A project, including due diligence, communication with target companies, external advisors, and Baker Hughes executives.
  • Supporting the coordination of corporate functions (legal, technology, human resources, finance, tax, etc.) through all aspects of the M&A process, including origination, letter of intent, due diligence process, and signing final documents.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders for the finalization of the business proposal and presentation to Executive Leadership for approval.

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Have experience leading a team and managing M&A processes.
  • Have experience working with global accounts/clients.
