What is this role?

This is a Senior Graphic Designer role at Cirkul, where you will be tasked with creating captivating visuals that enhance and convey the brand's identity and ethos. You will be crafting compelling visual designs that resonate with Cirkul's target audience, collaborating with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize designs, ensuring brand consistency across various media platforms, and constantly refining designs based on feedback and market trends.

What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results: By consistently delivering top-notch designs that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Taking Ownership: Oversee all graphic design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and brand guidelines.
• Making Decisions: Collaborate with different teams to finalize designs that fulfill the company's objectives.
• Cultivating Relationships: Work seamlessly with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive visuals across all platforms.
• Instilling Trust: By consistently producing high-quality work and being receptive to feedback.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize user experience and design aesthetics to resonate with Cirkul's customer base.
  
  

What background should you have?

• 4 to 7 years of experience in graphic design roles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a wide variety of design projects, including branding, advertising, and digital design.
• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field from a recognized institution. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate and pitch designs to stakeholders.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
