The Regional/Contracts Manager is accountable for all aspects of site delivery for heavy civils water projects for works associated with framework contracts with both Severn Trent Water and Northumbrian Water.
The individual fulfilling this role should have a proven track record in overseeing similar projects from “cradle to grave”.

Essential
Manage expectations in line with company values, and behaviours.
Proven track record in the safe delivery of both all contracts and programmes of work
Knowledge of Civil/Structural Projects
Experience in overseeing Subcontractors
Understanding of Site Safety Requirements
Recognize what good looks like from a quality perspective
Water industry experience
SMSTS
CSCS Supervisors Card
Full Driving License
Flexibility - May be required to work away from home
May be required to work additional overtime/weekends as required.
