As the Sales Director - Americas for customer facing staff responsible for winning business. You will develops midterm vision on own function, contribute to the strategic plan of the larger unit (be it function or business unit).
As the Sales Director - Americas, you will be responsible for:
MUT Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
Geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
Handling important customers for a product line.
The department involving in medium-large sales.
Handles large or challenging markets or multi country

To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 20 additional years of experience in Sales.
Desired Characteristics
Level III certification in UT & MT/PT
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
