Responsibilities:
Manage, coach and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters across multiple locations.
Source, interview, and hire top talent across diverse tech disciplines (mobile, cloud, cybersecurity, data science).
Be an expert in the latest sourcing strategies and tools (job boards, social media, networking).
Understand the salary requirements of prospective candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
Demonstrate knowledge in HR practices and employment law as they pertain to recruiting.
Champion Tech Consulting's employer brand and attract A-player candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Staffing companies
At least 5 years of managing high volume recruitment teams
Must have experience hiring information technology (IT) roles
Bachelors degree
Proven track record of building, leading and managing successful recruiting teams.
Deep understanding of social media recruiting and creative sourcing techniques.
Passion for attracting top talent and exceptional communication skills.
Aggressive and passionate about recruiting
Experience in the IT landscape and a love for all things tech!
What else do you need to know? This is an on-site position 8am to 5pm ET.
