Recruitment Consultant (Sales Experience)

Graduate Recruitment Position in Austin, Texas (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED)

$45,000 + Base Salary + uncapped commission 1st year OTE Up to $90,000

Your role as a Graduate Recruiter:

• Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
• Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
• Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
• Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
• Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
