Job Description: As a Real Estate Sales and Trading Senior Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing real estate sales transactions and trading activities. Responsibilities
Lead and execute real estate sales transactions, including property acquisition and disposition.
Analyze market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities to inform decision-making.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA or equivalent preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, trading, or investment banking.
Proven track record of successfully executing real estate transactions and achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
