We are seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our client's team. The Proposal Specialist will play a vital role in driving business growth through the development and management of winning proposals. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage proposals in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Collaborate with sales, business development, and project management teams to create compelling proposals
Analyze profit loss statements to ensure proposals align with company goals
Supervise the proposal process from inception to submission
Identify areas for process improvement in proposal development
Lead strategic planning sessions to enhance proposal success rates
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Proven experience in proposal writing and management
InDesign knowledge required
Strong project management skills
Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in process improvement initiatives
Compensation:
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
