We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates with the Southeast Pursuits Director, Proposal/Pursuit team members, and key project stakeholders to develop and manage RFP/Q deadlines, create impactful presentations, and produce high-quality marketing collateral for both prime consultant and subconsultant projects.
  • Adheres to established procedures, utilizing departmental tools to review project requirements, assign action items, ensure compliance, and maintain strict schedules and deadlines.
  • Proofreads, edits, formats, and enhances pursuit narratives and graphical elements using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) to create visually compelling, accurate, and compliant documents.
  • Manages/Coordinates qualification packages with external clients.
  • Supports multiple pursuits simultaneously, including analyzing requirements, editing team contributions, coordinating logistics, and complying with specifications and deadlines.
  • Performs other reasonable and normal duties associated with the position, as directed by the Southeast Pursuits Director and/or National Vice President of Strategic Pursuits.



Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications, journalism, graphic arts, or other related fields.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on corporate qualifications, proposals, and marketing.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products specifically InDesign (Note: strong knowledge and utilization is a requirement).
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects independently.
  • Project management, collaboration, and team-building skills.
  • A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required

Other Miscellaneous Qualities:

  • Occasional travel may be required.
