**Hybrid schedule in effect; 4 days in office and 1 day work from home**


OVERVIEW:


The Creative Project Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of successful

projects across the entire life cycle stages. The right candidate is flexible to

adapt to changes and work well and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, has

great multitasking skills and is able to communicate with all levels of

management. The Project Coordinator requires superior organizational skills.

He/she must be a conscientious team player and a strong leader. This person

also demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills. The

Project Coordinator is a creative problem solver, exhibiting initiative and a takecharge

attitude.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


(Includes but not limited to)

  • Serve as a main conduit for project requests and act as a liaison between the creative team and other departments from project conception to execution.
  • Proactively gather the necessary information to plan and implement each project.
  • Assign projects to graphic designers on a daily basis.
  • Oversee project communications, including orchestrating all internal and external status meetings.
  • Ensures that changes in project direction/scope are effectively communicated throughout departments.
  • Support and manage full-scale project plans, timelines, communication, files and file sharing databases to ensure internal and cross-functional efficiencies.
  • Successfully prioritize and follow up on tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Conduct research into project-related issues and products.
  • Organize and maintain all creative assets, including image libraries and job archives.


DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • 2+ years of progressive project management experience required.
  • Beauty experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Excel at managing multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be a strong collaborator with a positive attitude who can work effectively with key cross-functional partners.
  • Experience using project management software, Filemaker, Basecamp, Dropbox, Microsoft Excel and Word. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
