Second Shift Production Supervisor

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4 pm - 3:30 am (10x4 shifts)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead our team, optimize production processes, and ensure high-quality standards. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at motivating teams and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management - Running new 2nd shift!

• Supervise and hold line leads accountable.

• Train, coach, and assess team members.

• Encourage team participation in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Provide feedback and innovative ideas to enhance daily operations.

• Inventory Management:

• Ensure lot accuracy.

• Utilize best practices for inventory management within ERP.

• Production Goals:

• Meet or exceed production goals and timelines.

• Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

• Quality Control:

• Adhere to standard operating procedures.

• Comply with SQF, USDA, FDA, and ISO processes.

• Commit to safety and report any defective materials or conditions.

• Additional Duties:

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of production experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a food environment.

• 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
