Production Coordinator

This full-time in-person role is based in Nashville, TN and reports to the Director of Production & Inventory

Planning. They will work closely with our sewing team in Los Angeles as well as our product

development team in Nashville.

Responsibilities:

• Set up purchase orders for fabrics, trim, and final production
• Receive in purchase orders
• Log and allocate fabric upon arrival to sewing room, maintaining inventory
• Competitively bid all fabric freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost effectiveness
• Set up cut tickets for style production and product pages in Backbone
• Coordinate pass off of all production wash standards and sew bys for LA shipments
• Update yield log and assign cut numbers for all planned styles and re-orders
• Create and pass off barcodes to LA team
• Maintain all trim PO logs and associated costing documents
• Create POs for incoming products
• Manage FY end fabric and raw material inventory
• Track samples / standards and maintain in-office standard organization
• Add TOP samples into production inventory
• Assist with overall organization of new collections / products
• Assist in getting product in on time and with the best quality – maintaining all of our standards
• Work with development to communicate fit and sewing details and wash comments to sewing team and wash houses
• Work with e-commerce team on style set up, naming of products
• Maintain costing spreadsheets
• Work with receiving / shipping manager to review quality control of incoming garments, assessing damages, etc.
• Occasional travel to LA sewing facility to help with process of getting products moving and on
• time

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Must be an inspiring team player and partner and thrive in a very fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects concurrently
• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combo of education and experience
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft office, specifically excel
• Fluency in Spanish not required, but a plus
