Production Coordinator

Our client, an athleisure manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely deliveries and make time and action calendars.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to collect orders for both seasonal and replenishment inventory.
• Create purchase orders and verify all details with factories.
• Liaise with the Design and Buying teams to determine specifications for labels and coordinate the delivery of these labels to manufacturing facilities.
• Regularly update and communicate projected delivery timelines for production items categorized by style, providing information to Logistics, Sales, and Management teams
• Arrange QC for all products.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in apparel production.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be a strong communicator.
• Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Detail Orientated and analytical thinker.
