Job Description:
As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our projects by assisting our production department in facilitating shoots, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and managing the right talents for specific projects. Your responsibilities will include being on set, working from our office, and engaging with brand partners to ensure smooth project flow and excellent results and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all phases of production for photo and video shoots.
Be actively present on set to oversee the production process.
Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met.
Work closely with the production team to schedule shoots and allocate necessary resources.
Pitch new concepts and content ideas to enhance our creative offerings.
Innovate and improve production systems and processes.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of photo and video production processes.
Experience in a coordination or similar role within a production environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both on set and in an office environment.
Creative thinker with the ability to pitch and develop new ideas.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
