Hiring Production Coordinator for Swimwear Company/Wholesale Company in NYC/Fashion
The PA Assistant ensures production is on schedule and within budget. The Assistant will be communicating with factories and sales team and designers to ensure all information is received and released. Strong follow-up skills on deliverables. MUST COME OUT OF FASHION!

Responsibilities:
Manage all email correspondence with factory and suppliers
Must have costing experience
Analyze all textiles, and materials,
Review Customer purchase orders
Manage Production date and generate reports
Coordinating with oversee vendors on daily basis
Assist Production Manager in creating costing sheets
Support production process from start to finish.
Must have's:
1-3 years experience in apparel/fashion industry
Strong analytical skills and time management skills
Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
