The team you will be a part of
The Consumer Packaged Goods & Storage/Org Marketing team reports to the Brand & Product Marketing Senior Manager, through to the Integrated Product Business Unit Director/General Manager. The team of Brand, Shopper, and Product Marketers collaborate to grow our brands through delivering the brand promise in our products, consumer & shopper journeys, and activations.
This Role In Summary
The Product Marketing Manager, CPG (consumer packaged goods) is responsible for leading the marketing strategy, product development, and product management processes for water filtration, detergent, and appliance cleaner brands. This role drives growth by identifying needs-gap opportunities across the existing portfolio, scoping and overseeing the development and introduction of new strategic products, and managing product performance in the market. The Product Marketing Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including brand, shopper, sales, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches and sustained market growth.

The Product Marketing Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including brand, shopper, sales, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches and sustained market growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for water filters, appliance cleaners, and cleaning detergents, leading the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch.
- Identify target markets and relevant consumer segments based on market research, consumer insights, and sales performance.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to differentiate products in the marketplace.
- Develop and validate product concepts and specifications based on thorough market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate consumer insights into technical product specifications also ensuring products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Guide launch plan development with a cross-functional team, establishing clear objectives, supporting strategy development, and accountability of KPI setting.
- Ensure coordinated, on-time delivery of all launch activities and communicate project status, key milestones, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the product life cycle, including monitoring performance, gathering consumer feedback, making data-driven decisions for product enhancements, and managing updates, improvements, and phase-outs.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years combined experience in product marketing, product development & innovation, CPG brand marketing and/or adjacent role
- Experience developing and leveraging consumer insights to define product opportunities
- Experience leading projects involving cross-functional teams
- 3+ years experience in CPG industry
- Financial acumen
- Project management experience
