Plant Manager

Our client is a leader in the plastics manufacturing industry and is looking to bring someone on their team as a Plant Manager. Plant Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of supervisors and their direct reports on their day-to-day operations on the floor
• Overseeing the daily operations on the floor of the production plant
• Creating new processes and KPIs to make the team and current processes in place more efficient

Plant Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in people management
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant
• Previously created KPIs to measure processes or people performance
