Position Titles: Plant Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
I am thrilled to announce the opening of my client's new greenfield site just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana, and I am seeking dedicated professionals to join their team!
🔍Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations at the new facility.
Lead and manage a lean team of 10 employees.
Full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial goals are met.
Engage in both production and sales activities.
Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations.
Participate in the construction phase to understand every detail of the site.
Make strategic decisions on expenditures to improve long-term production costs.
Drive the site to achieve a production goal of ~1.5 million TPY within 3 years.
Requirements:
✅Minimum of 5 years in limestone mining in a supervisory/managerial role.
✅Strong entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience.
✅Proven leadership skills.
✅Familiarity with surface mining operations, including contract drilling and blasting.
✅Bachelor’s degree preferred but extensive experience will be considered.
💵Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $110k-$140k based on experience.
Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on P&L, potential to earn $20k-$30k initially, up to $45k-$50k once fully operational.
Vehicle: $90k vehicle (Cadillac Diesel truck, GMC AT4 2500 diesel) provided for personal use (excluding DUIs).
401k: Up to 4% match.
Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage.
Relocation Package: Available.
Additional Benefits: Long-term service bonuses ($10k after 10 years, $20k after 20 years).
