It is the responsibility of the Painter to maintain all aspects of the building that pertain to the painting trade.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Journeyman four years trade school and on–the-job training
Knowledge of all materials and colors
Working rapidly, attention to detail
Knowledge of all paints and coatings
Must have some taping – wallpaper and painting skills – combo person
Must have some experience in working in a hotel/casino following basic direction/instructions
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NONE

Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Related degree preferred/trade certification
