Packaging Graphic Designer

Requirements:

• Experienced designer with knowledge of both packaging and print textile design development
• Experience designing bedding, sheets, throws, and pet products. Ability to create designs and colorways and understand repeat prints.
• Must have a professional portfolio of work produced.
• Forward-thinking, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Great at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled ability in using Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and After Effects)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Work with sales teams and buyers to execute concepts into actual products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new packaging inserts and bag designs for consumer products.
• Prepare mockups of samples with packaging for presentations.
• Preparing CAD mappings and photography for product lifestyle shots and model shots.
• Maintain and organize files and samples.
• Responsible for projects from development to final production.
• Check samples for color, quality, layout, and design for fabric and packaging.
• Preparing ‘print-ready’ die line files.
• Coordinate and communicate with overseas factories on all projects—Submitting & approving.

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1-2 (Required)

Education:

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
