Outbound Sales Specialist
Salesfolks seeks a highly motivated and target-driven Outbound Sales Specialist for our client, Singer Safety, based in Chicago. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities. There is a very strong preference for candidates to work from the office located at 2300 North Kilbourn Ave. in Chicago. Singer Safety will consider exceptional candidate to work from home 1-2 days a week.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, making outbound calls, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will use your excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
Compensation:
Competitive base salary $50K with commission opportunities. Ambitious
sales professionals can earn upwards of $100,000.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads using various sources
- Make outbound calls to prospects and engage in consultative selling
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team
- Nurture relationships with prospects through follow-up calls and emails
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport and nurture relationships with prospects
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
