The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable as the front face of the firm, answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
This role is in-person Monday - Friday, with some events and support needs falling beyond the standard 9am-5pm business hours.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Catering coordination
- Oversee inventory/ordering of office and kitchen supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in the onboarding and desk/IT set up for new employees
- Act as a liaison to facilities and building security
- Administrative support for investment team - calendar management, travel coordination, planning dinners/team events
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
