Location preferably in Springfield, MA or surrounding areas. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. This role requires a motivated and goal-oriented individual who is able to build relationships with key decision-makers, identify new sales opportunities, and close deals. This role will be a combination of commission-based sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the sign industry.
This position may require occasional after-hours work. A valid driver's license is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute a sales plan for your assigned territory, including identifying target accounts and establishing relationships with decision makers.
Respond to all inbound sales channels in a timely manner.
Build relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and approve pricing with clients.
Provide on-site production demonstrations and training.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services
Provide regular updates on account activity and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a field-based role
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a quota-driven environment
Ability to travel weekly within the assigned territory (up to 75%) Typical week consist of 3 days a week on the road including hotel nights. Will many times be home Monday for office day and back Fridays to wrap up and planning for the next week.
Understanding of CRM systems and experience using them to manage sales pipelines.
