As a QA Lead, you will be part of Perficient’s Product Development practice leading initiatives for Native Mobile Apps, Mobile-Web Apps and larger multi-technology systems for critical, high-profile customers.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.
Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
Assess and understand web and mobile business requirements
Validate business requirements against the implementation through comprehensive testing
Produce client deliverables such as detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports any other assets described in the SOW
Collaborative discussions with Web, Mobile, API, Data and Client QA to develop robust, comprehensive test plans
Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction
Acting as an Agile tester, flexible to play multiple roles in the team
Share knowledge with the team through training, documents, etc
Flexibility to learn new technologies as required by project
Develop and execute Automated testing scripts by Selenium, Appium to SauceLabs and other tools
Knowledge of Accessibility Testing
Knowledge of PractiTest
Independently manage assigned tasks
Be responsible for quality analysis
Coach and mentor junior people
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
Passionate coders with 3-5 years of application development experience.
Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.
Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
Future technology leaders- dynamic individuals energized by fast paced personal and professional growth.
Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers.
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.
Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.
Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
Demonstrated experience participating in the delivery of Web and Mobile projects is required.
Extraordinary level of understanding for complex business requirements
Hands on experience in at least one of the following testing activities: functionality testing, performance testing, automation testing and mobile testing.
Hands on experience in the following activities: test estimation, test planning and test reporting
Hands on experience for mobile automated tools: Selenium, Appium, SauceLabs etc.
Familiar with CI/CD and hands on experience for Jenkins.
Deep understanding of automation test framework design and hands on experience in automation testing
Demonstrates a breadth and/or depth of technical/Industry competence
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Must be flexible to new situations and challenges
Passion for delivery
Good time management skills
Problem solving skills are required
The salary range for this position takes into consideration several factors when determining compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range listed for our US postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include benefits or any potential variable bonus programs, subject to rules governing the programs, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
