Training Program Development

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for internal teams (sales representatives, clinical specialists, etc.)
  • Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders, taking into account varying levels of expertise and learning styles.
  • Utilize a variety of educational modalities, including in-person workshops, webinars, online modules, and printed materials, to maximize learning effectiveness

Training Delivery And Support

  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to internal teams both in-person and virtually, as needed.

Compliance And Documentation

  • Ensure that all training programs and materials comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and assessments, to demonstrate compliance and track effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, education)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical education, training, or related roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in interventional oncology or a related therapeutic area.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and educational technology tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30% of the time).

The base pay range for this position is

Min $111,000 - Max $199,800

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
