THE JOB

Live Nation Entertainment is in search of an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects related to new and existing venues across the United States. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of project management expertise within the entertainment or construction industry.

What This Role Will Do

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements for the successful delivery of construction projects.
  • Execute projects in adherence to company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, promoting a culture of excellence.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Oversee project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project continuity.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce quality standards for construction projects, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure compliance and adherence to specifications.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels to address concerns and maintain alignment with project goals.

Contract Management:

  • Collaborate with Contracts Administrator and legal teams to ensure contracts align with project requirements and are successfully executed.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Uphold and enforce safety standards on construction sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

What This Person Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in the entertainment or construction industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • kills developing schedules within Microsoft Projects Software required.
