Lead Project Management Specialist is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources.
As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Owning and managing a portfolio of projects with accountability for on time delivery, revenue, profitability, and accounts receivable.
Managing a global cross-functional project team in the successful execution of your project portfolio.
Leading project kick-off meetings, project reviews, and project closeouts.
Advocating and voice of customer throughout the project execution lifecycle.
Contributing to discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in project management tools, processes, procedures, and ways of working.
Presenting to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical spaces and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to the overall strategy.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree (preferably engineering).
Have 6+ years in the Industrial Equipment industry as Project Manager.
Have relief valve or control valve expertise (preferred).
Have a PMP Certification (preferred).
Having prior EPC experience is a plus.
