Junior Financial Analyst

Location: Lake Oswego, OR (1 day onsite per week, 4 days remote)

Estimated Salary Range: 50-55k

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Employees are eligible for 12.5% annual bonus, based performance.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2+ years’ work experience in a role including analysis of business processes and reconciliation of financial information.

The ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access, and enterprise level systems.

Need to have the ability to show initiative and quickly adapt to rapid change in a professional and positive manner.

Must be able to complete special projects and analysis as required.

Must have a strong work ethic, with demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to internal and external parties

Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with limited direction.

Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Insight Global is looking for a Jr Financial Analyst to be on a flexible hybrid schedule for a client in the Lake Oswego, Oregon area. We are looking for a candidate to be responsible for the efficient management and timely completion of monthly tasks including account reconciliation, payment analysis, funds distribution and the review and analysis of reported data. This data is industry specific and the includes dealing with multiple months/years of data. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our customer support of internal and external customers. Other tasks include some book keeping, ability to be a critical thinker, as well as the ability to be thorough and analyze data –if doesn’t look correct.
