Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Equity Capital Markets Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in executing capital raising transactions and providing strategic advisory services to our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and develop a deep understanding of equity markets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior team members in the execution of equity capital raising transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, and private placements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction structures, pricing strategies, and valuation assessments.
  • Prepare presentation materials and financial documents for client meetings, roadshows, and investor presentations.
  • Perform industry and market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential investors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, compliance, and investment banking to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions, regulatory changes, and industry developments impacting equity capital markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, equity research, or capital markets is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.) is a plus.
