Who We Are Looking For:

Our client is seeking a Jr. Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Financial Planning Department. This role provides financial support to the Information Technology and Human Resources functions. The Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop financial forecasts, analyze performance, and provide reliable financial data for decision-making. This position reports to the Global Business Services (GBS) Controller and will work closely with functional and regional finance teams.

What You Will Do:

• Support the GBS Controller with budget and forecast activities, including uploading cost center data.
• Prepare monthly operating expense reports and identify variances from forecasts, budgets, and benchmarks.
• Conduct timely and insightful financial analyses and present findings for review and decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and track project spending.
• Manage capital expenditure planning, management, and reporting for assigned business functions.
• Perform headcount analysis and reporting.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as needed.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of related finance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of financial theories and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

A Plus If You Have:

• Experience within the farm machinery or automotive industry.
• Experience with OneStream and SAP.
