Executive Recruiting Expert | 10+ years experience recruiting top talent for homebuilders, developers, residential housing | Laser focused on closing…
Our client is a FINRA registered boutique investment bank with an active practice led by seasoned senior advisors. Specializing in the residential real estate and construction industries, they exclusively represent clients as a sell-side advisor or to raise capital. Their team has advised on 32 successful transactions representing $14+ billion in value since 2018. Real Estate experience is preferred but not required. See below for other coverage areas of interest.
The firm was founded out of a desire to provide a higher level of service and a more efficient, customized approach to investment banking in the residential real estate industry. The Founder personally leads every transaction along with an experienced team and has a proven track record and reputation, along with a robust pipeline of M&A and capital markets transactions.
About the Position
This is a unique opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual who is seeking direct exposure and impact by working on successful transactions from start to closing. The candidate will assume a diverse set of responsibilities, supporting the firm's transactions and contributing to its ongoing growth through internal initiatives. The candidate will be involved in every aspect of the deal process from financial modeling, presentation creation, client interaction and hosting tours and meetings with buyers and investors.
The individual should have a strong interest in the residential building industry and be excited to work on a streamlined, dynamic team in a remote environment. Our inclusive and entrepreneurial firm culture offers team members significant professional development opportunities, extensive travel with colleagues and clients, and full engagement on active and successful deal teams. In the role of Associate at the firm, they will have direct access and mentorship from senior team members and significant deal exposure from day one.
A candidate who proves they are capable and driven will be rewarded with additional responsibility and promotion throughout the organization. The client’s current MD’s and VP have been promoted from within and we are looking to expand the team through the recruitment of two Associates. We seek to retain and promote talented professionals that further the firm’s brand and success. As such, we compensate our team well (all cash base + bonus) in order to attract the best and the brightest.
