Seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience working in fast pace, high profile projects.
Must Have
Data Analysis – proficiency in tools like Excel Pivot Tables, SQL, JQL, or business intelligence platforms for analyzing datasets and extracting highlights or field-level specifications. Familiar with data query via (JQL) as they will be required to query specific data upon request. Understanding Themes, Capabilities, Epics, User Stories and tasks is essential.
User Stories/Use Case Gathering and Management – the ability to elicit, document, and manage customer needs using interviews, workshops, use cases, and user stories. Must know how to document Use Cases, Process Flows and to write User Stories that are codable and testable.
Process Modeling and Analysis - Knowledge of process modeling techniques such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) to analyze and improve business processes.
Systems Analysis: Understanding system architecture, data flows, and integration points to assess the impact of changes on existing systems and processes.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, understanding Agile principles, and participating in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Consulting Skills – Understand the soft skills that underpin a great consultant. Has the ability to exude confidence and gain the client’s trust and demonstrates the ability to deliver timely, accurately, and represent the client’s needs.
Technical Components—The candidate must have experience writing persona-style user stories and understand how to read a Figma file. The candidate must understand Backend components like Azure, API, database structures, field-level specifications, etc.
Strong Jira Skills
Excellent soft skills, personable and understand consulting techniques.
In-depth knowledge in writing technical requirements.
