Job Description:


  • HR Experience: High school diploma with 3 years of HR-related experience.
  • Role Focus: HR Generalist/HR Assistant dealing with performance issues from an HR perspective.
  • Core Responsibilities: Working with all employees on HR issues, helping managers with corrective action policies, managing documentation for terminations, and ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HCM systems, and PeopleSoft (or any HCM system).
  • Operational Support: The role is designed to assist supervisors and managers on the ground in operational spaces.
  • Customer Service: Involvement in claims and enrollment, managing leads, and handling corrective actions in a customer service context.
  • Advocacy and Organization: Acting as an advocate for employees, being organized, and thinking tactically.
  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and the ability to relate to people.
  • Accountability: Strong sense of accountability, owning tasks, and seeing them through to completion.
  • Role Redesign: Involvement in redesigning the role of HR Business Partner (HRBP).
