Founder's Associate

Your Mission

• As Founder's Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization and mission. You will work closely with our CEO and Aeonic's broader team to drive high-impact projects, including supporting to lead our missions (departments, such as Operations, Medical Science, Member Growth) while also covering other fundamental areas such as hiring, strategy, and fundraising.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Assist in the management and coordination of key projects across multiple departments.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business development.
• Support fundraising activities, including preparing investor materials and managing relationships.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, including B2B sales, website management, and landing pages.
• Aid in club operations, health coach management, and vendor relationships.
• Contribute to product development, AI research, and design efforts.
• Assist in financial planning, debt financing, and investor relations.
• Support HR activities, including recruitment, employee branding, and personal development initiatives.

Your Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in high-performance environments: Either straight from university or with early experience in high-growth companies, investment banking, or consulting.
• Top performer with an ability to execute autonomously: You are a results-oriented jack of all trades who is able to prioritize projects effectively. You can execute independently while knowing how to work with fast-moving teams.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, coupled with street smartness, customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
• Experience in E-Commerce, D2C and Online Marketing is a big plus.
• You care about our mission: Interest in preventative health, longevity, and wellness is a plus.
