The Role

The DTV Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s Commercial and Consumer Design to Value projects with focus on identifying, reviewing and quantifying profit enhancing opportunities on PurposeBuilt Brands businesses. This position will take a leadership role in analyzing material cost, freight opportunities, production labor efficiencies, procurement spend, and manufacturing cost savings directly related to improving the profitability on our key brands. The Finance Manager – Design to Value will be a proactive communicator who will become a key business partner to the operations, marketing and sales leadership teams. The position will partner closely with the cross functional teams in forecasting and tracking performance against strategic initiatives and reporting financial results to the DTV leadership teams.

What You Will Do

• Provide analytical and financial support for Design to Value projects.
• Develop KPIs and operational metrics which drive operational performance.
• Deliver accurate forecasts of cost, capital expense, & KPIs in partnership with DTV staff
• Proactively identify opportunities and ensure the mitigation of risks.
• Effectively communicate results, insights, and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales and supply chain to drive cost optimization and value creation.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with a focus on consumer-packaged goods or related industry
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
