A leading fully integrated Communications and Marketing firm with offices in NYC is seeking a new Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This is a great firm with big fun personalities and it is a great place to work! Must have a minimum of 4-6+ years of applicable administrative experience, and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Must be used to working in a face paced very busy office. Someone who wants to learn more, is inquisitive and has the ability to work on own and well as be part of a team. You should have excellent MS Office Suite skills, be extremely organized, detail and service-oriented, proactive, and a team player. This position will be located on site in the New York office.
- Salary depends on experience 100-130K all in
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Schedule and organize extensive meetings, conference calls, and appointments; create agendas and prepare meeting materials; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Manage time entry for client billings
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Create Excel spreadsheets and prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-6+ years of applicable administrative experience
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, in particular heavy PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong attention to detail; extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proactive; ability to think ahead
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take on more
