The ideal candidate is a driven professional with: A Bachelor’s degree, required A Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate, preferred Active Bar Membership, a plus Coaching certification, a plus. 10+ years of experience in learning and development in professional services environment Experience in a law firm, preferred Other details: Salary: $125K – 180K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K & more Hybrid schedule
